To work on a construction site in Australia, the White Card is mandatory. This work card is obtained through either an online or face-to-face government-mandated course from a registered training organisation. 

The Working With Children Check (WWCC) is a criminal record check and background check requirement for those volunteering or working with children. Hume Concreting's workers have all passed this check.

Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) compliance is an Australia-wide safety requirement that began in 1956. Compliance with OHS requirements is intended to give all employees a safe working environment.
